The common gasoline engine water pump is a centrifugal pump. The working principle of the centrifugal pump is that when the pump is filled with water, the engine drives the impeller to rotate, thereby generating centrifugal force, and the water in the impeller channel is thrown to the periphery under the action of centrifugal force and flows into the pump casing, so the pressure in the center of the impeller decreases, and the pressure is lower than the pressure in the inlet pipe, and the water flows into the impeller from the suction pool under the action of this pressure difference. In this way, the pump can continuously draw water and supply water continuously.
A gasoline engine is an electric spark ignition internal combustion engine that uses gasoline as fuel. The gasoline engine generally adopts a reciprocating piston structure, which is composed of the body, crank connecting rod mechanism, gas distribution system, oil supply system, lubrication system and ignition system.
The general system composition of small gasoline engine:
(1) Crankshaft connecting rod system: including piston, connecting rod, crankshaft, needle roller bearing, oil seal, etc.
(2) Body system: including cylinder head, cylinder block, crankcase, muffler, protective cover, etc.
(3) Fuel system: including fuel tank, switch, filter, sedimentation cup and carburetor, etc.
(4) Cooling system: including cooling fan, induced air hood, etc. Some knapsack spray dusters have a cooling opening in the rear volute of the large fan, and the cooling air flow is drawn from the induced air hood, eliminating the need for a separate cooling impeller.
(5) Lubrication system: The two-stroke gasoline engine adopts a mixture of gasoline and lubricating oil to lubricate and supply the oil supply system. The lubrication of the four-stroke gasoline engine is separated from the oil supply, and the crankcase is equipped with a lubricating oil face gauge.
(6) Gas distribution system: The four-stroke gasoline engine is composed of intake and exhaust valves, rocker arms, push rods, tappets and camshafts. The two-stroke gasoline engine does not have intake and exhaust valves, but has air intake, outlet and air exchange ports on the cylinder block, and uses the piston to move up and down to open or close each air hole.
(7) Starting system: there are two structures, one is composed of a starting rope and a simple starting wheel; The other is a rebound start structure, with spring binding teeth and protective covers, etc.
(8) Ignition system: including magneto, high-voltage wire, spark plug, etc. Among them, there are two types of magnetos: contact type with jumping frame structure and contactless electronic ignition line.
